How do I apply for a nursery place?

To apply for a place at CC's Nursery, please call us to make an appointment to visit the nursery. You will then be asked to complete the application form and a £60 deposit is given for us to secure your child's place. A registration pack will them be given to you.

How can I prepare my child for starting nursery?

Be positive and confident about your child coming to Nursery. Talk about the exciting play activities they will enjoy, and the other children they will see. This is an important time of change for both you and your child, and the staff will help you to feel relaxed and informed. Settling in visits are arranged for you and your child prior to admission. These will also help you to feel prepared and enable your child to settle in happily.

Is there a car park to make it easier for me to drop my child off?

Yes, there is a car park at the entrance of CC's nursery and plenty of free of street parking.

Can I come and view the nursery before my child is registered there?

Ofcourse. In fact we would like you to come and see the nursery at the earliest possible opportunity, so as you can see for yourself how welcoming, safe and secure our nursery is.

Is the nursery clean?

The nursery is registered with environmental health and regular spot checks are done to ensure we are meeting the requirements at all times. We have 5 out of 5 stars from environmental health.
The nursery is steam cleaned weekly and all the toys and furniture are cleaned with antibacterial wash . The nursery is also cleaned daily throughout the day.

Do you have a garden?

Yes we have a lovely large garden were children can run around, have picnics and grow their own fruit and veg. A lot of indoor activities are also taken out to the garden. The children go to the garden daily.
